What we build
Most organisations still answer customer enquiries by hand, or later than they intended. Cxnverge exists to close that gap: it connects the channels through which customers already make contact to the mail accounts the organisation already owns, so that every enquiry receives an immediate and consistent acknowledgement, and the demand behind those enquiries becomes visible.

Consciousnx builds the Cx line of products. Cx1 is the private AI platform; Cxnverge — — is the correspondence platform described here. A single account works across the family.
Our principles
- Your correspondence remains yours: messages are sent through the accounts your organisation owns, never from a shared sender pool, so the reputation earned belongs to you.
- Your data remains yours: a complete copy is available on request, and the workspace can be operated on infrastructure you control.
- Straightforward commercial terms: plans differ by volume and published presence, not by withholding the workspace from smaller customers.
- Respect for the recipient: consent is honoured, withdrawal is always one step away, and we do not market to your contacts.
