Frequently asked questions.
What counts towards the allowance?
Every email Cxnverge sends on your behalf: acknowledgements of enquiries, messages forming part of a campaign, and replies you write yourself. Messages relating to your own account, such as verification codes, are never counted. On Free the allowance renews each day; on Pro it renews each month.
Which enquiry channels can I connect?
The contact form already on your website, whatever it was built with, as well as forms, link pages, and contact cards published through Cxnverge. A website of your own is not required.
Do messages come from my address or yours?
Yours. Cxnverge sends through the business mail accounts your organisation already uses, so recipients see your address and the sending reputation you build remains yours.
Will sending at volume put my address at risk?
That risk is the one Cxnverge manages for you. A newly connected address is introduced to your audience at a measured pace, recipients who refuse or decline your mail are withdrawn from everything that follows, and a campaign the audience is rejecting is held before it can cost you your standing. How each of your addresses is being received is reported plainly, and sender reputation management is included on every plan.
Is the Free plan genuinely free?
Yes. It carries the full workspace with an allowance of 5 emails a day and requires no card. When your correspondence outgrows it, Pro raises the allowance to 20,000 a month and Plus removes the limit.
How do I purchase Pro or Plus?
Tell us which plan you want through the contact form. We activate it on your account and confirm by email, ordinarily within one business day.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
At any time, through the contact form. Your data is unaffected by a change of plan; only the daily allowance and the published presence available to you change.
Is there a limit on contacts, forms, or accounts?
No. Enquiry forms, contacts, lists, campaigns, and connected mail accounts are unlimited on every plan. Plans differ by daily sending allowance and by the number of link pages and contact cards you may publish.
Where is my data held?
In the Cxnverge cloud by default. Where policy or regulation requires it, you may move your workspace onto infrastructure your organisation controls, and reverse that decision later. A complete copy of your data is available to you on request at any time.
What is recorded about visitors to my pages?
Enough to report audience and demand in aggregate: how many visits a page received, and the broad composition of that audience by location, device, and origin. Visitors are offered the choice to decline, and there are no advertising networks or third-party trackers involved.
Will you contact my customers?
Never. Your contacts are yours. We do not market to them, sell your data, or use the content of your correspondence for any purpose of our own.
