The service

Cxnverge is a correspondence platform. It receives enquiries from the channels you connect or publish, acknowledges them through the mail accounts you connect, maintains your contacts and lists, delivers campaigns you initiate, and reports the audience of the pages you publish.

Plans and allowances

Plans differ by the number of emails you may send and by the presence you may publish. Current allowances are Free (5 per day), Pro (20,000 per month, $8 per month), and Plus (unlimited, $100 per month); the link pages and contact cards included with each plan are set out on the pricing page.

The allowance counts every email sent on your behalf, including acknowledgements of enquiries, campaign messages, and replies you compose yourself. Messages concerning your own account, such as verification codes, are not counted. Once the allowance is reached, further sending is deferred until it renews; enquiries continue to be received and recorded throughout.

Pro accounts may elect to send beyond the included allowance. The election is optional, withdrawable, and subject to a limit you set. Additional messages are charged at $0.45 per thousand commenced and invoiced in arrears.

Paid plans are arranged through the contact form, activated on your account, and billed monthly until cancelled.

Your responsibilities

You may send only correspondence that recipients have a reasonable basis to expect. Unsolicited bulk mail, deception, and unlawful content are prohibited and are grounds for immediate suspension.
You remain the sender of record for everything sent from your connected accounts, and are responsible for the content you publish on forms, link pages, and contact cards.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the mail providers you connect, including any sending limits they impose, and with the law applicable to you, including anti-spam and data protection requirements.
Address lists must be obtained lawfully and with the consent of the people on them. Purchased, rented, scraped and harvested lists are prohibited.
Every list you upload must be accompanied by proof of that consent, recorded at the time of upload. We retain it as the record of your basis for sending and may require you to produce it.
You must honour withdrawal of consent by your recipients. The platform provides the means to do so; suppressing or circumventing it is a breach of these terms.
Keep your credentials and access keys confidential. Actions taken with them are attributed to your account.

Published addresses

Public addresses for your pages are allocated on request, subject to availability and to names reserved for the operation of the service. We may reclaim an address that infringes the rights of another party, impersonates a person or organisation, or is used unlawfully. Changing an address changes the links that depend on it.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level on the Free and Pro plans. Plus includes priority support. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You may obtain a complete copy of your workspace or close your account at any time. Following termination for breach, we retain data only for as long as the law requires. The Privacy Policy sets out how information is handled.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly. You may cancel or change plan at any time through the contact form; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices exclude taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TealSquare Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in advance by email to account holders, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
