The service

Cxnverge connects your website forms to your own email accounts and automates replies, lead capture, and campaigns. Plans differ by daily automated-email allowance: Free (5/day), Pro (500/day, $8/month), and Plus (unlimited, $100/month). Paid plans are activated after you contact us and are billed monthly until cancelled.

Your responsibilities

You may only send email that recipients have a reasonable basis to expect. Spam, unsolicited bulk mail, deception, and unlawful content are prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the email providers you connect (for example Gmail's daily sending limits) and with applicable law in your jurisdiction (such as anti-spam and data protection rules).
Keep your credentials and access keys confidential; actions taken with your keys are attributed to your account.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level on Free and Pro plans. Plus includes priority support. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Data

Your data remains yours. You can export a full backup or delete your account at any time. On termination for breach, we retain data only as long as legally required. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly. You may cancel or downgrade at any time via the contact form; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TealSquare Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
