How TealSquare Technologies Private Limited handles information in connection with Cxnverge, our correspondence platform.
What we collect
The account details you provide when registering (name, email address, telephone number); the mail account credentials you connect, which are held encrypted and used only to send and receive on your behalf; the enquiries addressed to you; the contacts you import or create; the messages, forms, and pages you publish; and limited operational records that allow us to keep the service reliable.
Our role and yours
For the information your own customers send you, you decide why and how it is used, and we handle it on your instructions as part of providing the service. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use the content of your correspondence, enquiries, or contact lists for advertising, profiling, or model training. Your recipients are your recipients: we never contact them for our own purposes.
Pages you publish
Forms, link pages, and contact cards are public by design. Anything you place on them is visible to anyone holding the address, and may be indexed by search engines. Please publish only details you intend to be public.
Where your data is held
By default your data is held in the Cxnverge cloud. You may move it to infrastructure you control at any time, after which it resides on your own hardware. You may obtain a complete copy of your workspace, or close your account, whenever you choose.
Email delivery
Correspondence is sent through the mail accounts you connect, so it leaves from your address and under your provider's terms. Messages concerning your account with us, such as verification codes and password resets, are sent from our own systems.
Recipients of your correspondence
Campaign messages carry the means to withdraw consent in a single step, and each account offers a preference page on which recipients choose what they hear about. A withdrawal is recorded and honoured; it cannot be reversed by the account holder.
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this site, the details you submit are emailed to our sales inbox so that we can reply.
Cookies and visit statistics
Public pages hosted for our customers — link pages, forms, and contact cards — display a notice on the first visit. Unless the visitor declines, the visit is recorded together with the network address it came from, the approximate location derived from that address, browser and operating system information, and the time, and is reported to the page owner as aggregate statistics. If the visitor declines, nothing is recorded and the page functions unchanged. The choice is stored in the visitor's browser. We use no advertising networks and no third-party tracking.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains open. When an account is closed, its data is deleted except where the law requires us to keep records for longer.
