How TealSquare Technologies Private Limited handles information in connection with Cxnverge, our email automation platform.
What we collect
Account details you provide at signup (name, email address, phone number), the email account credentials you connect (stored encrypted and used only to send and receive on your behalf), form submissions addressed to you, contacts you import, and templates and campaigns you create. Minimal operational telemetry (feature usage counts and error reports) helps us keep the service reliable.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use the content of your emails, leads, or contact lists for advertising, profiling, or training. Your recipients are your recipients — we never contact them for our own purposes.
Where your data lives
By default, your data is stored in the Cxnverge cloud. You may migrate it to the desktop agent on your own machine at any time; after migration, mailbox data lives on your hardware. You can download a full backup or delete your account whenever you choose.
Email delivery
Automated emails are sent through the accounts you connect (your SMTP server or your Gmail account via Google OAuth). Transactional messages from us (verification codes, password resets) are sent from our own relay.
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this site, the details you submit are emailed to our sales inbox so we can reply. They are not added to any marketing list.
Requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, reach us via the contact form.
